TERMS OF SERVICE

The ticket is sold or issued by Oldskool.tv and is subject through voluntary association to the Australian Entertainment Industry Association (AEIA) Code of Practice for Event Ticketing and to the following conditions:

1. The ticket cannot be returned or refunded after purchase except as provided for in the AEIA Code of Practice for Event Ticketing.

2. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary ticket prices, and/or vary advertised programmes, seating arrangements and audience capacity. ?

3. The right of admission is reserved by the venue and/or Entrepreneur and/or its agent. Cameras, video cameras, tape recorders and other recording devices are not permitted.

4. If a performance is cancelled due to an Act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather or for any other cause reasonably beyond the agent's control, there is no right of refund or exchange, and no obligation is assured by the event organiser for the arranging of a substitute service, event or performance.

All ticket and transaction prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD). 

Delivery Process

Print At Home Tickets:
Your tickets will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment shortly after booking. Please be sure to print your ticket and bring it with you to the venue.

Guestlist entry (when available only):
Your name/s will be placed on a guestlist held at the entry. You will be required to present valid photo ID and the credit card that was used to purchase the ticket in order to gain entry. In the case where your friends are attending the event as a plus# (# = the number of guests) next to your name you will be required to be at the entry point upon your guests arrival to confirm their identification.

Box Office Collection (when available only):
Your tickets can be collected from the venue Box Office from 1 hour prior to the show. Valid photo ID and the credit that was used to purchase the tickets will need to be presented.
