Oldskool (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it at all times. This Internet Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information on this website. All information collected online by oldskool.tv will be governed by the oldskool.tv Internet Privacy Statement. We collect personal information from you when you register as an oldskool member or purchase tickets online www.oldskool.tv .

If you purchase tickets online or register as a member we need to collect personal information about you, including your name, email address, address, date of birth and telephone number. This personal information is collected to ensure that the tickets you purchased are delivered to you and that you are advised of any possible changes/cancellations that may occur in relation to the event you have booked. We may also need some of this information in order to process your online credit card payment. We may also use that information to let you know of special offers, promotions or additional products and services that might be of interest to you. You can choose not to receive such information by letting us know on the registration screen. Even if you initially choose to subscribe to receive such information, you may also unsubscribe or resubscribe at a later stage – all you need to do is contact our Privacy Officer by email at privacy@oldskool.tv .

We reserve the right to pass on your information to outside companies and advertising partners associated with www.oldskool.tv for direct marketing purposes. In most cases however we will only disclose personal information if this is required by law or permitted under the Privacy Act.

We will endeavor to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any financial information (including credit card details) that we hold about you. Our secure payment provider (Secure Pay) uses among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that they cannot be read by third parties.

Secure pay is a pci accredited payment facility (Secure pay bureau number 0250).  SecureBill has its own SSL (128-bit), so transaction details are fully secure, and payments are processed via the SecurePay Payment Server.

At any time you may review or update the personally identifiable information that we hold about you, by contacting us at privacy@oldskool.tv. To better safeguard your information, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your information. Our website also collects non-personal information. Our site gathers information like the numbers and frequency of users to our site. We only use such data in the aggregate. This allows us, and third parties, to better understand our users and improve the layout and functionality of our website. As an example our website uses cookies. Cookies are optional for the user.  Your browser can be set either not to accept cookies, or to prompt you to accept them or not on a case-by-case basis. Please note that rejecting cookies will disable your browser from purchasing tickets from our website.
We also provide links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of companies linked to or from our web site. Before disclosing your personal information on any other web site, we advise you to examine the privacy policies of those web sites.

Whilst Oldskool.tv takes all care to ensure information and images are up to date and in accordance with the relevant laws, we accept no responsibility in content and images provided to us by third parties.
